Dr. David Lloyd

Dr. David Lloyd

Dr. Lloyd is a specialist anaesthetist with over 40 years experience. Dr. Lloyd is currently the director of Monash Surgical Private Hospital and is Chairman of the board at MSPH and serves on their MAC. Dr Lloyd brings a unique set of skills to the board by having had experience both medically and administratively within hospital operations. In his spare time David has a special interest in fine Australian art and automobiles.
John Lawrence

John is a recently retired Lawyer who, over the past 35 years, has gained a wealth of knowledge within the legal, education and property industries. Having worked with a number of businesses from conception right through to operationalisation, John has served his interest in business-building by helping these businesses plan and navigate through obstacles often presented in new and emerging arenas. John’s interest in addiction treatment is a direct result of his seeing a need within the greater community that requires addressing.

When time permits, John enjoys honing his understanding and skills in the theatrical and literary fields.

Penny Lawrence

Penny Lawrence

Penny is the driving force behind the development of Arrow Health. She is a medical practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in general practice.

Despite her qualifications, she and her family were unable to avoid personal exposure to addiction and its consequences. Her son Sam was an addict.

Arrow Health gives her the opportunity to combine her medical background with the personal experience and knowledge gained over the 12 years trying to help Sam, and provide an alternative, better service for individuals and families affected by drug addiction.

Toby Lawrence

Toby Lawrence

Toby first took an interest in addiction and recovery whilst studying his undergraduate degree in Behavioural Neuroscience. Through the personal experience with a loved family member, Toby understands the effects addiction can have not only on the individual but also on their family and friends.

Toby has spent the last 10 years managing and coaching some of Australia’s biggest companies and now draws on that experience to focus on providing hope and guidance to people with the disease of addiction, their family and friends.

Ben Hayden-Smith

Ben Hayden-Smith

Ben is passionate about changing lives through the use of good business practices. This passion has led to ben undertaking a teaching fellowship role at Bond University in Queensland. Ben has also worked throughout Asia, including three years in Japan working as a consultant & trainer to companies like Kawasaki & Phillips.

Ben is the founder of Kyoiku, a company providing education solutions to professional service firms & their clients.

David Krunic

David Krunic

David began his accounting career in 1997 at a large ASX listed business, working in its National finance department; gaining considerable experience in corporate accounting, high level board room financial reporting and management.

Since then, David has over 14 years of experience in professional practice assisting many medium to large businesses involved in a broad range of services and industries.
